Once you put that through the two rotor enigma machine you get this:

kawaiicon three a riddle is in toned with table as key in celestial stone the base is digital sans thumbs and toes the order unoriginal back whence it arose and so it goes one two four one one six one zero one one zero four one two two one zero five one two six

As base 8 to ascii you get “TNADREV” or “Verdant”

Giving “verdant” as a token to the scoreboard get you the last puzzle fragment.
