What’s the Kawaiicon 2025 Badge Challenge?

It’s simple, the attendee badge has a puzzle for you to solve.

Myself and a team of two others spent a few months creating puzzles and codes. The Kawaiicon 2025 Badge Challenge is the result of that work.

How do I solve the Badge Challenge?

The Badge Challenge is a series of puzzles. Skills can include a bit of math, poking around source code of websites, creative thinking. If things go well then you might learn something new or fun.

OK, so where do we start?

If you attended the conference then you would have found a small bit of hex data on your badge. Each badge was randomly give one of 4 blocks of hex data.

What do I do with that?

This will be revealed over the next few posts as I create a walk through of all the puzzles, however if you try you can finish the whole series of puzzles with just that data.
